Growing Love Through Kindness - Day 38 (Feb. 7, 2026)
What if the smallest act of kindness you notice today becomes the beginning of a meaningful relationship tomorrow? TODAY’S TIP For Growing Love Through Kindness Teaching: Kindness doesn’t need to be big to be meaningful. When shared freely—like extra vegetables, a conversation, or an open table—it has a way of growing into connection, friendship, and gratitude. Invitation: Today, notice one simple opportunity to share what you already have—your time, your presence, or a small

Growing Love Through Kindness - Day 37 (Feb. 7, 2026)
What if love grows through the simplest actions?
Today was filled with small moments—starting a car, washing dishes, caring for my body—but also deep connection.
Meaningful conversations with James Kellock and Alan Williams reminded me that kindness often shows up as presence, shared ideas, and genuine collaboration. No spotlight. No grand gestures.
Just love in motion, quietly growing through connection and care.

Hello, my wonderful friends—wherever you may be. I hope today finds you well. 💚 Today's Kindness Invitation: Welcome someone into your “kindness garden” today—through a kind word, a listening ear, or an unexpected act of care. Growing Love Through Kindness - Day 33 (Feb. 2, 2026)
Hello friends, welcome to another day in the kindness neighborhood. I hope this short message finds you all well. HOT (Honest, Open, Transparent) QUICK NOTES up front. 1. I’m navigating some personal health challenges right now, which may mean my posts are a bit shorter during this campaign. My intention is still to share something every day, unless circumstances make that impossible. I don’t expect that—but life does like to surprise us now and then. 2. To keep things sim

Growing Love Through Kindness - Day 6 (Jan. 6, 2026)
A wonderful day today.
It’s always a gift to spend time with “Queen Martha,” a dear Liberian friend. She needed a ride for some bank business and a little help talking with her landlord—her strong accent can make things challenging at times. I was happy to help and only wish I could convince her to let me take a picture!

Growing Love Through Kindness - Day 5 (Jan. 5, 2026)
What a way to start the day. My daughter attends an early-morning religious class from 6:00–6:50 a.m. I had the privilege of getting up early, making her favorite cheese, green onion, and tomato omelet, and getting her to class on time. A little love grown through simple kindness. As it turns out, helping her also helped me. While she was in class, I took advantage of the time to stretch and walk—my usual two miles. Today was no exception. After class, she headed to school. N

Growing Love Through Kindness - Day 4 (Jan. 4, 2026)
Happy Sunday, my wonderful friends. It’s been a long but beautiful day, and my heart is full. There’s much I could share, but today one moment stands above the rest. Apologies now - no photos today, just my meme. Also, total transparency up front, my Sunday posts will most likely be religious. I attend The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and today was my first time teaching 5–6 year olds in what we call Primary. One boy—“Henry” (not his real name)—has a lot of e
