Hello my friends wherever you are, welcome to another day in the Kindness Garden, where we are growing love by planting the seeds of simple kind actions.
What difference did kindness make in your life today?
Today's Kindness TIP
TODAY’S TIP for Growing Love Through Kindness
Teaching:
Kindness grows fastest when we pair simple actions with real connection. Both matter.
Invitation:
Today, intentionally choose one small act and one moment of genuine connection.
Promise:
When kindness becomes your daily practice, love not only shows up—it multiplies.
What If the Smallest Acts Are Doing the Biggest Work?
What if love doesn’t grow through grand actions, but through simple, intentional moments—quiet actions that often go unnoticed because we aren't paying close attention?
Today was another day of simple things that made solid impact.
The day began again with something small: starting my wife’s car and scraping the frost from her windows.
Just a simple, under the radar act that said, I love you.
And that tone carried through the day.
I shared a meaningful, connecting conversation with James Kellock—a generous soul who is always willing to share what he knows. Our conversation wasn’t rushed or transactional. It was rooted in curiosity and care. James introduced me to tools like Perplexity and Notebook LM, and he also offered thoughtful ideas for a school speaking initiative I’m developing. Knowledge was exchanged—but more importantly, connection was built. I truly appreciate James for his kind heart and amazing insights.

Later, I had a warm and collaborative call with Alan Williams in the UK, who is the main mastermind behind the Kindness 20 (K20) Conference happening in May 2026. We explored an idea they're calling the Magic Kindness Tree—a way to track and celebrate kind actions during the conference. What stood out, as always was the kindness Alan brought into the conversation. He is a great listener and has a kean mind and wisdom for making insightful suggestions. It was a meeting of hearts and minds.

Later in the day I washed the dishes. Twice.
I chose kindness toward myself by walking over 10,000 steps and drinking more than 100 ounces of water.
I also had a wonderful walk with my wife and we ended the day with a game—simple moments together that quietly bonding, growing love.
What if connection is kindness expressed through time and attention?
What if simple actions—done consistently—are how love actually grows?
Kindness given.
Kindness received.
Love grown—one simple act at a time.
What if today, the smallest thing you do becomes the most meaningful thing of all?
Remember, wherever we go we can help love grow through kindness.
Until tomorrow...
