My friends, it’s been another beautiful day, with more goodness ahead.

Started the day with another omelet for my early rising daughter! Yummy!

Topping off the afternoon I got to walk with my wonderful daughter Emma and get in the last 4000 steps of my 10,000 a day goal! Couldn't convince her to let me take a picture to share here, but she took one of me standing under the giant kindness painting on the side of a building here in Muscatine!
