A wonderful day today.

It’s always a gift to spend time with “Queen Martha,” a dear Liberian friend. She needed a ride for some bank business and a little help talking with her landlord—her strong accent can make things challenging at times. I was happy to help and only wish I could convince her to let me take a picture!

I also had the joy of connecting with a new friend, ~April Wyett~—another Midwestern soul whose warmth and curiosity shine through every conversation. She loves connecting people, and within thirty minutes of our call ending, she had already introduced me to three wonderful new connections: Keith RobinsonSteve Ramona, and David Roberts. Instant kindness. Love growing!

Right after that call, I checked LinkedIn and found a message from the amazing James Kellock in the UK, introducing me to the fantastic Debra Klein. Kindness coming in waves. Love flowing!

To top it off, tonight my daughter Julia and I baked cookies and delivered some to a girl from church who recently had a birthday—a simple act of service and a sweet way to end the day.

Another great day of growing love. Simple actions, real impact today, and ripples that may last far longer than we can see.

CALL TO ACTION: Plant one seed of kindness today. You may never see the full harvest—but love will grow.

Let’s grow love together—one conversation, one connection, one kind act at a time.
