Kindness Heroes in Action!

In this workshop, Randy McNeely, Captain Kindman, guides K–6 students through hands-on activities to become Kindness Heroes. Students practice seeing, thinking, feeling, listening, and acting with courageous kindness, while creating plans and reflecting on their impact.

Learning Objectives

  • Practice the Courageous Kindness Shift in concrete ways.

  • Apply ICA to identify, clarify, and amplify kind behaviors.

  • Reflect on personal experiences giving and receiving kindness.

  • Complete at least one action plan to practice kindness.

  • Demonstrate the five steps of the Courageous Kindness Shift.
