What a way to start the day. My daughter attends an early-morning religious class from 6:00–6:50 a.m. I had the privilege of getting up early, making her favorite cheese, green onion, and tomato omelet, and getting her to class on time. A little love grown through simple kindness. As it turns out, helping her also helped me. While she was in class, I took advantage of the time to stretch and walk—my usual two miles. Today was no exception. After class, she headed to school. N

Happy Sunday, my wonderful friends. It’s been a long but beautiful day, and my heart is full. There’s much I could share, but today one moment stands above the rest.
